Salud Digital Municipal
During Digital Health Week, we plan to present and socialize the outcomes of a consensus process focused on developing a standardized Patient Summary, similar to the model used in the European Union. Between two scheduled webinars, we will engage participants in a structured consensus methodology to co-create a technical document outlining the data elements and standards required for a Patient Summary.
This initiative is particularly relevant for Córdoba, one of Argentina’s 23 provinces. The province is politically and administratively divided into local governments responsible for primary health care, while the provincial government finances hospitals that provide higher levels of care. Currently, there is no interoperability between health data registries across these levels.
We see this as a critical starting point: promoting the integration of health data registries between provincial public hospitals and local health facilities to improve continuity of care, data sharing, and system efficiency
