Developed for the US Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality by Johns Hopkins School of Medicine researchers, Drs. Elham Hatef and Matt Austin, the Framework and its accompanying Implementation Guide provide evidence-based strategies to ensure that digital healthcare solutions are developed and applied in ways that reduce, and not exacerbate, healthcare disparities.
