Neotree is a digital health intervention that provides bedside decision support to care for newborns, education and training for healthcare professionals and data collection in low-resource settings. By using a mixed method approach, we will use both health data and stakeholder perspectives to develop an evaluation framework. This data driven, evidenced-based work will contribute to the digital transformation of health and the effective use of data to achieve UHC.
